Three step learning

If you want to move your life ahead, you should replace the negatives in your life with positives.

Experience

Exchanging ideas unstructured within a given context. This is especially part of the Coffee Farm Stay as the longer time on the coffee farm gives you the possibility to immerse yourself. But every encounter is an experience and should be cherished as an opportunity to learn.

Workshops

A more structured form of experience, in a limited time and with a clear outcome. This can be about any topic from "Exploring differences between Latino & European guitar rythms" over "Coffee cupping for exporting vs cupping as a buyer" to "The role of fermentation for longer shelf life vs flavor enhancer & immunity booster".

Trainings

Can be seen as a series of workshops with a common goal, it's a lot more intense and requires quite some energy from the trainee. A training goes beyond the experience as a successful training is able to lead to big progress in either professional or personal life. An example of this are our yearly Coffee Farm Trainings.
